Between 2017 and 2021, Shelley assisted my wife and I with the sale of seven rental properties located in Centerville, Kaysville, Layton, Syracuse, and South Weber. Shelley was a great resource and source of help in deciding what repairs and upgrades should reasonably be made to make the properties as attractive as possible and to best meet our goals in the selling the properties. Even though these areas were not her “home base”, we found her to be knowledgeable and up to date on the real estate market for these areas. We feel her ability to strategically set the starting selling price for the properties and her ability to work and negotiate with prospective buyers and their agents were strong factors in the properties going under contract quickly and concluding with successful and profitable closings. Shelley also has a great ability to evaluate how successful a prospective buyer might be in completing the purchase of a property. Her help in this area was very important in a number of situations we encountered. We found Shelley to be honest, professional, and a real joy to work with. We have sold all our Utah properties and so won’t have the pleasure of working with her again, but we would not hesitate to seek her assistance if the opportunity were to arise in the future.
